As you begin your treatment for weight issues you’ll quickly come to appreciate Sharon Krzyzanowski, RN, our Clinical Care Coordinator. She is here to see to it that your time with us is as stress-free as possible so you can concentrate on becoming healthy.
Our Clinical Care Coordinator will provide you with the education and information you need to make informed decisions through out your weight loss journey.
In some respects, you can think of our Clinical Care Coordinator as your very own concierge who is available to make your weight loss surgery and lifestyle changes a pleasant and successful journey.

- Coordinate appointments and test scheduling
- Assist with coordinating providers and procedures
- Provide educational materials
- Schedule psychological and nutritional counseling and support groups
